Anlin Windows and Patio Doors Warranty
All new Anlin Windows and Patio Doors are covered by Anlin’s Full Lifetime labor, material and service warranty for as long as you own your home and can be transferred to the next homeowner. This warranty covers the product shall any manufacturing defects arise, also any accidental glass breakage is covered at no cost. Anlin’s warranty has been industry and consumer top rated and is superior to many competitor warranties.
CoolWall®/Tex•Cote® Warranty
Our CoolWall® warranty covers all surfaces to which CoolWall® or other Tex•Cote of America products are applied, It also includes a free power cleaning and inspection of the outside of your home within the first 5 years. CoolWall® applications are warranted from chipping, flaking, peeling, and efflorescence for the lifetime of the home. Materials will be provided by Tex•Cote of America, Inc. and labor will be provided by SCCCI. This warranty is also eligible to be transferred to a subsequent homeowner.
Insulation Warranty
Our cellulose insulation projects are covered by a lifetime warranty that covers insulation from settling for as long as the buyer owns the residence. In the event of any amount of loss in depth or R-value, SCCCI will refill the insulation to the proper level.
