Lifetime Warranty

Windows and Sliding Glass Doors Warranty

All new windows and sliding glass doors are covered by our warranty for as long as you own your home. This warranty covers the product and labor, also any accidental glass breakage is covered at no cost. The warranty can be transferred to a subsequent homeowner at anytime for free within 15 years of installation.

CoolWall Warranty

Our CoolWall warranty covers all surfaces to which CoolWall is applied, It also includes free power cleaning and inspection of the outside of your home for the first 5 years. CoolWall applications are warranted from chipping, flaking, peeling, and efflorescence for the lifetime of the home. Materials will be provided by Tex-Cote of America and labor will be provided by SCCCI. This warranty is eligible to be transferred to a subsequent homeowner for a small fee.

Bathroom Warranty

Our Bathroom remodels are covered by a limited lifetime warranty that covers all tubs, basins, accessories, and wall surrounds to be free from chipping, peeling, flaking, fading, or cracking for as long as the buyer owns the residence. In the event of a legitimate failure of any acrylic products, BCI Acrylic Bath Systems will repair, replace or refund at their discretion.

Exclusions from Warranty: Vandalism, Natural Disasters, Dry Rot, Wood Rot, Termite Infection, Trapped Moisture, Aftermarket tints/films, Building Settlement, and Structural Failure
