Any homes built before 1978 are most likely painted with a lead based paint. The EPA banned lead paint in 1978 due to its toxicity, beginning April 2010 federal law requires contractors to be certified to renovate homes with lead paint. Our Tex-Cote team has been certified and trained to handle these homes. |
